Tips for electro-optical characterization:
- Forward and reverse bias I-V & I-V-L curves
- DC and pulsed transient I-V-L measurements
- Carrier mobility and charged trap effects on transient response and settling time
- Guarded low current measurement approaches and when to use them
- Four-wire sense measurement approaches and when to use them
- Distinction between relative intensity, illuminance, and luminance measurements
- Tips to help you identify and eliminate sources of errors.

In addition, complete test system examples, including a basic DC IVL characterization system and a high throughput, parallel source pixel array tester will be covered.
